   Sometimes life gets crazy and the stress can become overwhelming. One of the best ways on how to relieve stress is starting within the body. A healthy juice recipe first thing in the morning can kick start your day and prepare you to battle any stress! This recipe contains a little raw honey with is antibacterial and antiviral which helps keep the immune system strong. Also it is full of beta-carotene which can help the body relax.

If you don’t care about any of that technical stuff, just know it is a tasty juice that contains plenty of micronutrients. So go ahead and toss out those old Flintstone gummy multi-vitamins…you got some juicing to do!

Makes 1 serving.



  • 1 medium apple (if you prefer it less sweet go with a smaller apple)

  • 1 large carrot

  • 1/2 Sweet Potato (skinned)

  • 2 inch piece of fresh ginger

  • Juice of 1 fresh lemon

  • 1/2 tsp of raw honey

  • Dash of ground cinnamon (*Optional)


  1. Pass all the ingredients through a juicer except lemon and honey.

  2. Add lemon and honey into the juice - stir well!

  3. Finally you could top it off with a little bit of cinnamon if you’re feeling a little rebellious.
