[LAST 40%] Kettlebell HIIT Challenge
Push boundaries and don't let your mind hinder what you're capable of...
This workout is inspired by the Navy Seal's 40% Rule. When your mind is telling you you're done, you're really only 40% done. Half way through this workout you will have to really get into the zone, and push through the mental brick wall that the brain will throw up.
*Make sure to choose a lighter kettlebell because this circuit will kick your ass.
20 minute Kettlebell HIIT
6-10 minute whole body mobility warm up +  1-minute closed chain mobility drills
30 Seconds: One Arm (Left Arm) KettleBell Squat to Overhead Press
30 Seconds: One Arm (Right Arm) KettleBell Squat to Overhead Press
30 Seconds: Rest
-REPEAT- for 13 rounds
Then for 30 seconds perform mountain climbers after final round.
8-10 minute decompression & cool down
So, Challenge Accepted....?
