KILL Joint Pain! [Simple Turmeric Home Recipe]

   We all suffer from pain here and there. Whether it's joint pain, or your boss being a pain in the ass, sometimes the discomfort can become unbearable. 

    But before you pick up that bottle of opioid pain relievers, try a natural alternative...Turmeric paste. It's easy to make and is a natural way to diminish pain. Try out the recipe, it only takes a few minutes and lasts about 2 weeks. 

Turmeric paste recipe

1/4 cup turmeric powder (organic is best)

Tiny spoonful of coconut oil 

1/2 tsp ground black pepper 

1/2 cup of water (not city water) 

1lb of love... haha gotcha [;

Basically you just put all the ingredients together in a pot over medium heat and stir. Once it starts to bubble turn the heat to low and keep stirring until it becomes a thick paste. Let it cool, put it in a mason jar, and pop it in the fridge. It should last 2 weeks. 

Recommended dose: 1-2 teaspoons every morning.
