Summary: 

This Hamstring stretch is a great way to open up the hamstrings, glutes, or other posterior chain muscles without added pain to the knee. 

Pro Tip:

Hold the stretch for at least 2minutes on each leg. Be sure to breath into the stretch. You can slightly contact your hamstrings during the inhale, and relax completely during the exhale. *Be sure to keep your chest high and pelvis flicked back. 😎
